"Food showed up hot and fresh"
Ordered from dickeys.com i was happy with it. The food was still hot when it arrived, which makes such a difference. The brisket and sides both tasted fresh, not like they’d been sitting around forever. Definitely made the whole meal better. I’d order again for sure.

"Clean and easy lunch spot"
I stopped by Dickey’s for lunch the place was really clean. The tables were wiped down, the floor looked taken care of, and the drink area wasn’t sticky or messy like you sometimes see at other places. Even the bathrooms were in good shape, which I appreciated. The overall vibe made it comfortable to sit down and eat. Nothing super fancy, and the food was just okay for me, but the cleanliness definitely stood out and made the visit feel better

"Not the friendliest visit"
The staff seemed kind of annoyed when I was there, which made the whole experience feel a little awkward. Maybe they were just having a long day, I don’t know, but it definitely came through and kind of affected the vibe.

"Refund came through fast"
I had an issue and put in a complaint, and I wasn’t sure how long it was going to take, but it got handled smoothly. The refund came through quicker than I expected too, so that was a relief. Not much else to say really, just glad it didn’t turn into a whole drawn-out thing.

I ordered through dickeys and somehow my pickup time got mixed up, which was a little frustrating at first. I tried the customer service chat, and I was relieved they were able to fix it. The person helping me was nice, even though it took a bit longer than I expected to get a reply. In the end, the food was ready close to when I needed it, so it wasn’t a big deal. Taking off one star just because of the wait, but overall it was a good experience.

"Pretty easy ordering experience"
I ordered through Dickey's and it was way easier than I assumed it would be. Usually with restaurant sites I expect a few annoying steps or some random popups, but this one was straightforward. The menu was easy to find, adding food to my order didn’t drag on, and checkout made sense. I could see the pickup time and total before paying, which I always look for because I’ve had sites surprise me before. It worked fine on my phone too. Overall, smooth experience and I’d use it again

I ordered from dickeys.com and the shipping was solid. Got the tracking info quick, and the box actually showed up when it was supposed to. Everything was in there too, nothing missing or banged up. So yeah, no complaints from me.

I remember feeling a little nervous when the package arrived, hoping everything inside would be okay. But once I opened it, I was relieved, it was packed really well and everything felt secure. It left a good impression.

"Great Lunch Catering!!"
I ordered Dickey’s catering for a small work lunch, and everything showed up right on time!! The food was still hot, and the brisket was a big hit with everyone. My only small note is that I wish they had included a little more sauce, but overall it was a really solid experience.

"Pickup Order Still Wasn't Ready"
I placed a pickup order through Dickey's thinking it would be ready when I got there, but I still ended up waiting about 20 minutes. The food was only kind of warm by the time I got it, and one of the sides was missing. I get that places get busy, but if someone orders ahead and pays for their meal, it seems basic to have the order ready and complete. Not the best experience.

"Plenty of food for the money"
I ordered through dickeys.com, i was kind of relieved when the food showed up because the portions were bigger than I expected. I’m always a little careful with takeout since you never know if you’re going to get a tiny box and feel ripped off, but this was definitely not that situation.
The meat, sides, and bread together felt like a real full meal, and I even had leftovers, which I’m never mad about. For the price, it felt fair and filling. I’d order again, especially on a day when I’m actually really hungry

"Plenty of Options, So I Keep Going Back"
I know Dickey's is mainly known for brisket and ribs, but i like that they have a lot more on the menu than just the usual BBQ basics. Sometimes I’m in the mood for a sandwich or a plate with sides, and if I’ve got the kids with me, it’s nice that there are options for them too. Not every location has the exact same stuff, which can be a little hit or miss, but I feel like there’s still enough variety to justify going back often

I ordered from dickeys and, i figured it might be just okay, but the portions were actually solid for the price. The brisket was good, the sides hit the spot, and it was just tasty, filling BBQ without trying to be anything fancy. I’m guessing most BBQ places near me would’ve charged more for the same amount, so this felt like a fair deal

"Wish I’d Stopped in Sooner"
I’ve been to a few Dickey’s in different towns, i kind of regret not making it one of my go-to stops earlier. It’s always consistent, which I really appreciate. The brisket, ribs, sides, and sauce all taste exactly how I expect them to, and I’ve never had one of those weird off visits where something just isn’t right. The staff is usually friendly, the food comes out quick, and it’s just nice knowing I can stop at pretty much any location and get a solid BBQ meal without overthinking it.

"Tasty brisket, would come back"
The brisket was really tasty and definitely the highlight for me. The ribs were a little on the dry side, but still had good flavor. I’d give it another try and probably order the brisket again next time.

"Tender brisket and ribs hit the spot"
I ordered brisket and ribs from Dickey’s the other day, mostly because I didn’t feel like cooking after running a couple errands, and it ended up being a really solid choice. Both the brisket and ribs were soft and pulled apart easily, which is exactly what I’m hoping for with BBQ. Nothing was dry either, which I really appreciated. Overall, just a good, satisfying meal.
